会员3704：其他不清楚，酒店位置还行，周边没有特别繁华的地方，但是可以坐公交车或者走一段路骑共享单车到其他商场。服务特别好，如图所见，预订部小于和送水果的小庆和小娜还有图片里面的人服务都很好！点个赞！
会员1982：去烟台两天一夜游玩，预算二百左右，毕竟早出晚归~查看了大部分，最后选择了美亚公寓，也是因为没有住过这种loft ，尝试一下~ 公寓大堂跟孚利泰的大堂在一起，公寓楼层在9-11，房间进去整体比较干净，但略微有一些潮潮的味道~开了窗通风。一楼是洗手间，沙发，厨房，电视~二楼会是休息的地方和一个小写字桌~房间提供的物品还是比较全，矿泉水，消毒拖鞋，一次性用具，吹风机等物品都比较OK，只是可能楼房比较久，家具类比较老旧，包括一些洗手间的设施，如果不在意的话还感OK。第二天我们想要退房前，酒店的服务人员还给新增送了水和果盘，这个服务感受还是让人很舒服的。如果不介意设施的新旧程度，可以一试~ 不过还是建议酒店更换一批毛巾，现有的毛巾颜色已经呈现出它的使用时间了~介意的朋友可以自带
会员2120：房间不错，服务也很好，订的豪华家庭房，楼上两个房间都是独立的，楼下客厅餐厅活动空间也可以，每天有水果赠送客房服务小威、小张、小庆、小齐服务也很好，前台张者、刘彦慧帮忙办理入住和退房服务也很好，最后临走大堂经理李晓程还送到了门口，总之，都很满意，下回还会入住的！
宇少：简直不要太好，从前台到房间的服务员很热情态度非常好，房间很大，复式的也很方便，干净整洁。屋里还有冰箱，有赠送的水果，真是觉得这个价格太超值了。楼下吃饭购物打车也很便利。如果非要说哪里有不足，也就是花洒的水流有点小。退房之前小庆和小娜还赠送的酒店自己做的手工果酱，非常贴心。下次一定还会住这里
